How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data.
We collect personal information through the following sources, depending on how you interact with the Services.
Information You Provide to Us.
You provide personal information directly to us when you interact with the Services, including when you create or manage an account, communicate with us, configure or use Services features, submit information in connection with transactions or settlement‑enabled functionality, or otherwise provide information to us through forms, communications, or Service workflows.

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to support core functionality, measure usage, monitor performance, and improve reliability and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Services.
We also use Web Analytics Services to understand how users interact with the Services. The Web Analytics Services collect information through cookies and similar technologies and provide aggregated reports to help us improve the Services.
Information Collected Through Third‑Party Integrations.
Certain features of the Services rely on third‑party platforms and service providers, including payment processors, financial service providers, consumer ordering platforms, delivery partners, analytics providers, and infrastructure providers. When you use these features, personal information may be collected directly by those third parties in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
SwiftSku does not control how these third parties collect or use personal information, and their practices are governed by their own privacy notices.
Information We Receive from Service Providers and Business Partners.
We may receive personal information from service providers and partners that support our operation of the Services, such as hosting, analytics, security, fraud‑prevention, and payment‑related service providers. We may combine this information with information we collect directly, where permitted by law and consistent with this Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information.
We use personal information for purposes consistent with providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Services, and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. How we use personal information depends on how you interact with the Services and which features you use.
Providing, Operating, and Supporting the Services.

•provide, operate, and maintain the Services and related functionality;
•create, manage, and support accounts and user access;
•enable transactions, subscriptions, order processing, settlement‑enabled features, and related operational workflows;
•facilitate integrations with third‑party platforms and service providers used in connection with the Services; and
•deliver requested features, configurations, and technical functionality.
Payment Processing and Settlement‑Related Uses.
Certain Services include payment‑enabled or settlement‑enabled features. We use personal information to:
•facilitate payment processing, fund transfers, and settlement activities;
•support transaction routing, reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds, and adjustments; and
•comply with payment network rules and financial service requirements.
SwiftSku does not operate as a bank or financial institution. Payment processing, fund transfers, and settlement services are performed by third‑party payment processors and financial service providers, including Astra Finance, Inc. (“Astra”) and Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”), in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies, which are available on their respective websites. SwiftSku uses and shares personal information with these providers only as reasonably necessary to support payment‑related functionality and associated compliance obligations.
Certain payment‑enabled features are provided through Astra. Where applicable, end users may be required to create an account directly with Astra and to review and accept Astra’s terms of service and privacy policy. Astra may provide its own notices and obtain consents directly from end users in connection with payment processing, identity verification, settlement, and compliance activities. SwiftSku does not control Astra’s privacy practices with respect to information collected directly by Astra.
Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Risk Management Activities.
We use personal information to:
•verify identity and eligibility where required;
•comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations;
•detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, unauthorized activity, and security incidents; and
•manage risk, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of SwiftSku, our customers, end users, and third parties.
These activities may involve sharing information with payment processors, financial institutions, delivery partners, and other service providers as required to perform these functions.

We use personal information to:
•respond to inquiries, support requests, and communications;
•provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer service;
•send administrative, transactional, and service‑related communications, such as confirmations, updates, security notices, and support messages; and
•communicate about changes to the Services, policies, or terms.
Analytics, Performance, and Service Improvement.
We use personal information, including device, usage, and interaction data, to:
•understand how users interact with the Services;
•monitor, maintain, and improve performance, reliability, and security;
•develop, enhance, and optimize features, integrations, and workflows; and
•generate aggregated or de‑identified analytics, reports, and insights.
Where possible, we use aggregated or de‑identified information for these purposes.
Marketplace, Ordering, and Delivery‑Related Functionality.
Where you use marketplace, ordering, or delivery‑enabled features (including SwiftMart or integrations facilitated through Vroom Delivery, Inc. (“Vroom”)), we use personal information to:
•transmit order, fulfillment, and transactional data between participating parties;
•support order management, fulfillment, and delivery workflows; and
•enable coordination with third‑party consumer ordering platforms and delivery providers.
SwiftSku’s role with respect to these features is limited to providing software, platform access, and technical integrations that facilitate these workflows. In connection with such features, certain personal information may be collected directly by third‑party platforms, such as Vroom, and by affiliated delivery partners. Personal information collected directly by those platforms or delivery providers is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies and is not controlled by SwiftSku.
SwiftSku may receive limited transactional or operational data from marketplace or delivery platforms solely as necessary to support the Services, including order coordination, customer support, reconciliation, and settlement‑related workflows.
In certain circumstances, SwiftSku processes personal information on behalf of businesses that use the Services. In those cases, SwiftSku acts as a service provider or processor, and the business customer is responsible for its own privacy disclosures and compliance with applicable privacy laws with respect to the personal information it collects from its customers or end users.
Business Operations and Internal Administration.
We use personal information to:
•manage our business operations;
•maintain records, accounting, and audits;
•enforce our terms, policies, and agreements; and
•support corporate transactions, reorganizations, or similar business activities, as permitted by law.
Legal, Regulatory, and Other Permitted Uses.
We may use personal information:
•as required or permitted by applicable law;
•in response to lawful requests from public or governmental authorities;
•to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
•for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.
Who We Disclose Your Information To.
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may also disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, support, and improve the Services, to comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose personal information include the following.
Service Providers and Business Partners.
We disclose personal information to service providers, vendors, and business partners that support the operation of the Services, such as hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics services, security and fraud‑prevention services, customer support tools, and professional advisors. These parties process personal information in accordance with their own obligations and applicable law.
Payment Processing and Financial Services Providers.
We disclose personal information to third‑party payment processors and financial service providers, including Astra and Plaid, in connection with payment‑enabled and settlement‑enabled features of the Services. These disclosures may include identifiers, transaction data, and related operational information necessary to facilitate payment processing, settlement, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management.
SwiftSku does not operate as a bank or financial institution and does not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing and financial services are performed by third‑party providers, such as Astra and Plaid, in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Marketplace, Ordering, and Delivery Platforms.
Certain Services integrate with third‑party marketplace, ordering, and delivery platforms, including Vroom and affiliated delivery partners, to enable ordering, fulfillment, and delivery‑related functionality.
In these contexts, SwiftSku may disclose personal information to such platforms for purposes related to facilitating the Services, such as transmitting order, fulfillment, and transaction‑related information. SwiftSku’s disclosure of personal information in these contexts is intended to support the operation of the Services and associated integrations.
However, marketplace and delivery platforms such as Vroom may also:
•collect personal information directly from end users;
•process personal information in accordance with their own business operations; and
•use personal information pursuant to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Where an end user creates or maintains an account directly with Vroom, or otherwise interacts directly with Vroom’s platform, Vroom’s collection and use of personal information is governed by Vroom’s own terms and privacy policy (as available on Vroom’s website), and not by this Privacy Policy. SwiftSku does not control how such platforms use personal information that they collect independently.
End users who choose to use marketplace or delivery features are encouraged to review the applicable third‑party terms and privacy policies before using those features.
Legal, Compliance, and Business Transactions.
We may disclose personal information:
•to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
•to enforce our terms, policies, and agreements;
•to protect the rights, safety, and property of SwiftSku, our customers, end users, or others; and
•in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Sale, Sharing, and Advertising‑Related Disclosures.
Depending on how certain features of the Services are used and how applicable privacy laws are interpreted, some disclosures of personal information to third parties may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. SwiftSku’s disclosures of personal information are made to support the Services and related functionality and not for the purpose of selling personal information as a standalone commercial activity. Certain integrations available through the Services may allow retailers or other business users to authorize the sharing of retailer-customer data with third-party partners in connection with optional advertising or promotional programs. Any such sharing occurs only where the retailer elects to enable the applicable feature and authorizes the use of such information in accordance with the terms governing that integration.
Information about available opt‑out rights and choices, where required by law, is described in the “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” and “State‑Specific Privacy Information and Rights” sections below.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices.

Cookie Controls and Tracking Preferences.
You can set your browser to refuse or disable some or all cookies or similar tracking technologies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling cookies may limit the availability or functionality of certain features of the Services.
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Services may not respond to all such signals.
Marketing Communications and Opt‑Out Choices.
If you receive promotional or non‑transactional communications from us, you may opt-out of receiving such messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting us as described below. Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional communications, we may still send you administrative, transactional, or service‑related messages, such as account notices, security alerts, or support communications.
Advertising, Integrations, and Third‑Party Platforms.
Certain features of the Services integrate with third‑party platforms, including marketplace, ordering, delivery, analytics, and payment providers. These third parties may collect and use personal information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. SwiftSku does not control how these third parties collect or use personal information that they collect directly.
Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to limit certain disclosures of personal information or to opt-out of certain uses of personal information. Information about those rights and how to exercise them is provided in the “State‑Specific Privacy Information and Rights” section below.
Location Information Controls.

These rights may vary by jurisdiction and may include, for example, the right to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information, as well as the right to opt-out of certain processing activities. The scope and availability of these rights depend on the laws that apply to you and how you interact with the Services.

How We Retain Your Personal Data.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and maintaining security and fraud prevention measures. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete, de‑identify, or securely destroy it in accordance with our internal retention practices.
Additional information about SwiftSku’s data retention practices, including summaries of applicable retention periods, is available at swiftsku.com/data-retention-policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and post the revised version on the Services.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
